Quick, Easy -N- Fast Mandarin Orange Frosty Recipe

1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 C. low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 C. miniature marshmallows
1/2 C. drained and chopped maraschino cherries

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Spoon into paper or foil baking cups, placed in muffin tins.

Freeze 6 hours or until solid. Remove from freezer, peel off baking cups. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Makes 8 servings.

Note: Muffin tins may be sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and filled with mandarin-pineapple mixture. Loosen sides and remove from pan using fork.
