Cappuccino Mousse Recipe
1 envelope Maxwell House Cappuccino - Mocha
1 tbsp hot water
1 1/2 Cups cold milk
1 pkg vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
2 Cups thawed cool whip
Dissolve cappuccino in hot water in medium bowl. Stir in cold milk.
Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute.
Gently stir in whipped topping.
Spoon into dessert dishes.
Refrigerate 1 hr or until ready to serve.
