Easy Spinach Pie Recipe

   

Easy Spinach Pie

1 frozen 9" deep dish pie crust
4 oz fresh button mushrooms
1 tsp veg oil
2 pkgs Stouffers spinach soufflé, thawed
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

Slice and sauté mushrooms in oil. Place in bottom of pie shell.

Sprinkle about 1/3 of the cheese over the mushrooms; top with spinach soufflés and then the remainder of the cheese.

Bake in a 350º oven for about 45 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted (If the cheese begins to brown too quickly, cover with aluminum foil).

Let cool for 10-15 minutes and slice like a pie.
