Glazed Carrots with Pecans Recipe


Glazed Carrots with Pecans

5 c. carrots, cut into 1/4 inch rounds
1-1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
2 tbls. lemon juice
1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans

Cook carrots in water with salt until tender crisp. Drain well.

Heat remaining ingredients, except pecans and pour over hot carrots.

Toss with pecans and serve.

Serves about 8
