Cornbread Salad
12 corn muffins
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green peppers
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup of mayonnaise
2 tomatoes, diced
salt & pepper to taste
crumbled cooked bacon (as much or little as you like)
In a large bowl, crumble muffins. Mix with vegetables and mayonnaise. Stir in
tomatoes and seasonings. Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top. |
