1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup cantaloupe, cut into cubes
1 cup kiwi, diced
1 can pineapple chunks
1 cup bananas, sliced
1 cup blueberries
3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
Place the fruit in a large bowl, and stir well.
Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl, and stir
well. Pour the dressing over the fruit, and mix well.
Allow salad to chill for 1-2 hours.
