Macaroni Garden Salad
2 cups macaroni (uncooked)
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. cooked green peas
1 med. chopped tomatoes
1 stalk celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 chopped onion
3/4 bottled Italian dressing
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/4 pepper
Cook macaroni until tender and drain. Using a food processor, chop celery,
pepper and onion. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, cover and chill.
6 to 8 servings.
Ham chicken, shrimp or tuna could be added to this if you wanted a meat in the
salad. |
