Orange Sherbet Salad
1 c boiling water
1 pkg orange Jell-O
1/2 c whipped cream
1/2 c mandarin orange sections
1/2 c crushed pineapple drained
1/2 c finely chopped celery
1/2 pt orange sherbet
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; place in fridge for about 20 minutes, or until
Whip Jell-O with electric beater until fluffy.
Fold in rest of ingredients; place in mold or individual
molds; chill until set.
