Overnight Salad
1 head lettuce
1 head cauliflower
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 onion, minced fine
Cut lettuce into bite size pieces. Put in bowl. Put bite size cauliflower on top
of lettuce. Put onion on top and then bacon.
Dressing:
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 to 1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1-3 c. parmesan
Mix all together. Put dressing on top. Cover with lid or plastic wrap. Sealing
edges. Chill overnight. Mix before eating. |
