Pineapple, Black Cherry Nut Salad
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 C. sugar
20 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
16 oz. can dark sweet cherries, drained
1 C. pecans, chopped
8 oz. cool whip
Blend cream cheese and sugar. Add pineapple and cherries and blend. Add pecans
(can use any amount according to preference). Gradually, stir in cool whip.
Place in refrigerator until set (overnight works best).
Can be put in freezer for 2 hours, if needed immediately.
Can divide and freeze for later use.
