Seafood Slaw 6 oz. macaroni, cooked
and drained
3 c finely shredded cabbage
1/2 c chopped celery
1 green pepper, chopped
2 T minced onion
1 - 1 1/2 c canned shrimp, tuna or salmon
1/4 c salad oil
2 T vinegar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Combine macaroni, vegetables and seafood in bowl.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over macaroni mixture. Toss lightly
Chill 30 minutes
If you want a more creamy salad stir in 2/3 c mayonnaise
