Warm Oriental Salad 1 lb. chicken
breast, cut in strips
1/2 cup each of snow peas, sprouts, red peppers, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
Baby corn ears, sliced carrots, crushed red pepper to taste
Marinade:
1/2 cup peanut or sesame oil
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon chopped scallions
1/2 teaspoon ginger
Mix together marinade ingredients and heat in skillet. Add chicken and saut�
until golden.
Toss in vegetables and stir until everything is coated
Serve warm with sesame crackers. |
