Dilly Drop Biscuits Cut in shortening with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add buttermilk, stirring with a fork just until dry ingredients are moistened. (Dough will be very soft and sticky.) Drop dough by spoonfuls onto a lightly greased large baking sheet; sprinkle lightly with parmesan cheese. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 1 1/2 dozen. |
