Mexican Cornbread
1/2 cup oil
3/4 to 1 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1 cup corn meal
1 3/4 cups milk
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 20 minutes
at 350 degrees F.
