Grouper with Almonds Place fillets in a well greased baking pan. Add salt and pepper to milk and pour over fish. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove fish from oven. Drain liquid and save. Place the fish on a hot platter and keep warm. Melt butter and stir in flour. Add hot liquid gradually and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add key lime juice. Pour over fish and top with toasted almonds. Serves 4. |
