Bacon Cheese Soufflé Recipe

10 slices bread, white
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 1/2 T. butter, melted
4 eggs
2 C. milk
1 t. salt
1/2 t. dry mustard
1/2 lb. bacon, chopped and cooked
1 medium onion, chopped fine or grated
1/2 C. green onion, chopped

Remove crusts from bread and cut bread into small cubes. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl until well blended. Pour into greased, oblong baking dish. Bake at 350°F. for 50 - 60 minutes or until golden brown.

Serves 8.

Note: Can refrigerate overnight and bake the following day.
