Baked Brie with Strawberry Glaze Recipe
Heat oven to 350°F.
Place a whole brie cheese with rind (13 to 16 oz.) in a shallow baking dish. Bake 10 minutes until cheese is soft, not runny.
Meanwhile, heat 3 T. strawberry preserves with 2 t. balsamic vinegar until thick and bubbly. Transfer brie from oven to serving dish. Arrange 1/2 C. sliced fresh strawberries on top.
Drizzle with the heated preserves and sprinkle with 1-1/2 T. toasted
hazelnuts or sliced toasted almonds.
Serve with crackers or toasted bread hearts.
