Leafy Salad with Parmesan Curls Recipe
8 C. washed, trimmed and torn leafy greens (romaine, red leaf, green leaf or
1/4 C. prepared raspberry dressing
1 C. toasted croutons
1 wedge Parmesan cheese
Place greens in large serving bowl. Just before serving, toss with dressing. Top with croutons. Using vegetable parer, shave off curls of Parmesan cheese to cover top of salad. Serve at once.
Yield: 4 servings.
