Shrimp and Pasta Bake

1 (16 ounce) package uncooked bow tie pasta (farfalle)
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (12 ounce) package frozen shelled deveined cooked small shrimp, thawed
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (4.5 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook pasta to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain.

Place cooked pasta in ungreased 13 x 9-inch (3-quart) baking dish. Stir in tomatoes, shrimp, tomato sauce, mushrooms, oregano and red pepper flakes. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with foil.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Makes 6 servings.
