Carrot Pudding

4 large carrots, cooked and grated
1 small onion, grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup milk
3 eggs, beaten

Mix together carrots, onion, salt, nutmeg, sugar, milk and eggs. Pour into slow cooker and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours.
