Crockpot Leek Casserole

2 bunches leeks, washed and chopped
4 medium red or white potatoes
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
8 ounces shiitake or morel mushrooms, chopped
1 can whole blue lake green beans
4 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon white pepper

Chop all veggies roughly and add to crockpot.

Now add all the cans, adding additional water (including liquid from green beans) to cover. Add the mushrooms. Add the rest and mix, then set on low for 6 hours.

Serves 12.
