Peachy Sweet Potatoes

2 1/4 pounds dark orange sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 cup peach pie filling
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Spray a 4 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray and place sweet potatoes in the slow cooker.

Add pie filling, melted butter, salt and pepper and mix well.

Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.

10 servings.
