Corned Beef Buns

12 ounces canned corned beef
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chili sauce
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Creole or Dijon mustard
12 hot dog buns

Combine all ingredients except buns, stir to mix. Fill buns with mixture, wrap tightly in foil and chill. When ready to serve, bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, till cheese melts. Serve immediately. Makes 12.

For microwave: wrap loosely in plastic wrap and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes.
