Super Bowl Sunday Bars
2 (8-count) cans crescent rolls
2 cups sour cream
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
2 cups chopped fresh mushrooms
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup small broccoli flowerets
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chapped green onions
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Separate crescent roll dough into 4 long rectangles. Press crosswise over bottom and sides of ungreased 10x15-inch baking pan; press edges to seal.
Bake at 375 degrees for 14 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
Combine sour cream and salad dressing mix in small bowl; mix well. Spoon over baked layer.
Layer with mushrooms, tomatoes, broccoli, green pepper and green onions.
Sprinkle with cheese. Cut into bars.
