Beth's Fruit Salad
1 large can drained pineapple chunks
2 cups small marshmallows
1 pint sour cream
11 ounces mandarin oranges in juice
1/2 cup shredded coconut
Mix all and let stand in refrigerator for several hours.
Variation: Drain pineapple and use juice to mix with 1 small package
of instant vanilla pudding for 1 minute. Add 1 cup sour cream and
blend in 1 c. whipped topping. Fold in all fruit (including another
can mandarin oranges and 3 cans of fruit cocktail, all drained) and
chill. |
