cups turkey gravy (leftover or can)
In 3 qt saucepan combine gravy, turkey, peas, mushrooms, tomato bits, water, 1 T. parsley & 1/2 t. poultry seasoning.
Stir occasionally over med-low heat until mixture comes to a boil.
In bowl combine baking mix, remaining parsley, poultry seasoning, pepper & milk. Mix just to blend thoroughly.
Pour turkey mixture in shallow 2 qt casserole or 9" square baking dish.
Top with baking mix mixture, drop with spoon 6 equal mounds. Place on baking sheet.
Bake about 20 minutes until turkey mixture is
bubbly & topping is golden brown
