Oven-Roasted Glazed Sweet Potatoes
2. Peel sweet potatoes, and cut each in half crosswise. Cut each half into 8 wedges. Place in bowl, and toss with teriyaki mixture. Pour potato mixture into a greased shallow pan, arranging in a single layer.
3. Bake at 400*F (205*C) for 10 minutes; stir and
bake 5 to 10 more minutes or until tender.
