Beat eggs in a large bowl, add yeast mixture, then cooled butter mixture. Mix the salt into the flour. Stir flour into liquid. Mix well. Knead for approximately 15 minutes.
Put in lightly oiled bowl, and set in a warm place to rise until doubled in size. Punch down, and form into dinner rolls. I always tie in small knots. Rise once more for about 35 minutes, bake at 350ºF for about 10-15 minutes.
Makes 3 dozen. These freeze very well.
