Giblet Stuffing
Giblets and neck of turkey, boiled and chopped
2/3 cup Diced apples
1 cup Chopped celery
10 cup Soft bread crumbs
1/4 cup Chopped parsley
1/3 Chopped onion
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/3 cup Butter or margarine, melted
3/4 tsp Salt
1 Egg, beaten
Sage, to taste
1/4 tsp Poultry seasoning, optional
1/2 cup Turkey broth
Combine all ingredients. Stuff turkey or shape mixture into balls
and place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or
until lightly browned.
YIELD: Stuffing for 10-pound turkey |
