Spicy Roast Turkey Recipe

Spicy Roast Turkey

8 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons rosemary
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 4 pound frozen boneless turkey, thawed

In a food processor, combine garlic, rosemary, pepper and salt; turn the motor on and add oil until garlic is coarsely chopped.

Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a roasting pan and rack with non-stick vegetable spray.

Spread half the garlic mixture over the inside of the turkey. Reroll. Tie firmly with string ever 2-inches. Spread remaining garlic mixture over the turkey. Place on rack in roasting pan.

Roast 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until a meat thermometer inserted in the center registers 170F. Remove from oven. Let stand for 20 minutes before removing string. Cut into thin slices to serve. Spoon pan juices over the turkey.
