Turkey Stuffing Divan
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1/4 cup butter, melted
4 cups herb seasoned stuffing
2 cups broccoli cuts, cooked and drained well
2 cups cooked turkey, cubed
1 (10-ounce) can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup (4 ounces) cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
Mix water and butter. Add stuffing and mix lightly.
Spoon into a 2-quart shallow baking dish. Arrange broccoli and
turkey over stuffing. In small bowl, mix soup, milk and 1/2 cup
cheese. Pour over broccoli and turkey. Sprinkle remaining cheese
atop mixture.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree F. oven for 30 minutes or until
piping hot.
