Vermont Cranberry Spread 16 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 C. Craisins Sweetened Dried Cranberries 2/3 C. maple syrup 1/2 C. chopped pecans Combine ingredients in a medium mixing bowl until smooth, using an electric mixer. Refrigerate overnight to set. Serve with assorted crackers.
Makes about 3 cups.
