Cupcakes in Ice Cream Cones Recipe
Use any kind of cake mix or your
favorite cake recipe, but instead of paper cup cake liners, use ice cream cones
with flat bottoms.
Place empty cones in cupcake pans to fill and bake to keep them from tipping
over. Fill each about 2/3 full with batter. Bake at 350�F. for 15 to 18 minutes
or according to directions on box for cupcakes.
When cool, spread with vanilla or chocolate frosting - or use both kinds and
tint some of the vanilla frosting pink for "Neopolitan". Top with
multi-color candy sprinkles or mini-chips, extra cute topped with a maraschino cherry of or
small gum candy on center.
