Valentines Squares Recipe
1 C. peanut butter
1/2 C. corn syrup
1/4 C. sugar
2 C. granola
1/2 C. shredded coconut
1/2 C. chopped pecans
2 t. vanilla
Mix the above ingredients together.
16 oz. dark chocolate
Melt in a double boiler. Grease an 8" x 12" pan. Add 1/2 of the peanut butter layer. Pour 1/2 of the chocolate on top and spread it out evenly. Top with the remaining peanut butter mixture. Pour remaining chocolate on top and spread again. Refrigerate.
Cut into squares. Serve in a Valentine's cupcake liner.
