vegan mayonnaise of choice
Mix 1/2 cup vegan dressing with 1 tablespoon lemon juice, a sprinkling of
pepper, and salt to taste. Add most of a chopped cabbage or any other vegetable.
This dressing also goes well on pasta with a little
nutritional yeast added - cut back on the lemon juice and it turns into a cheesy
tasting sauce. Use this simple dressing on everything from carrots to bagels.
