Egg Nog 1 1/2 cups vanilla soy milk 1 scoop soy protein powder 1 teaspoon rum extract, optional 1/8 t ground nutmeg pinch turmeric 1 cup vanilla frozen soy yogurt Place all ingredients except for yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
Add the frozen yogurt and blend until creamy.
Serves 2.
