Ginger Snap Cookies

3/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup molasses
1/2 cup oil
3 tablespoons grated ginger root
2 1/2 cup pastry flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix dry and add liquid. Oil baking sheets and scoop out 1 tablespoon per cookie 1 inch apart.

Bake for 15 minutes at 350F.

Be watchful as they are easy to burn.
