Angel Food Cake with Three Berry Fool

2 cups fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 cups heavy cream
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
One - 10-inch angel food cake

Stem strawberries. Gently wash and dry strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. Combine berries in a bowl.

In a large bowl, whip cream and confectioners' sugar to soft peaks. Mix in half of the berries. Slice cake and serve with mounds of three-berry fool and additional mixed berries.
