Deviled Egg Balls

8 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon minced onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients until creamy.

Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in shredded cheese.

Cover and refrigerate until serving.

Yield: about 2 dozen balls.
