Grilled Beef Sirloin with Mustard
4 large beef sirloin steaks, (about 1/2 pound each)
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons mustard
2 teaspoons tarragon vinegar
Salt and pepper
Mix together the oil, mustard and vinegar. Coat the steaks well with
the mixture and allow to marinate for about 10 minutes on each side.
Season with salt and pepper, then grill the steaks for about 2 to 4
minutes on each side. |
