Peachy Mustard Baby Back Ribs
4 pounds beef baby back ribs, about 2 full racks
1/3 cup honey mustard
3 tablespoons peach preserves
3 tablespoons peanut oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Mix together everything but the ribs. Marinate ribs in sauce for 30
minutes to an hour. Prepare grill for indirect grilling. When the
grill is hot place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 20
minutes per side. |
