Beef Burgundy and Noodles
1 to 2 pound round steak; left whole or if necessary, cut into 2
pieces
2 teaspoons granulated garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushroom soup with garlic
1 small can of mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
1/2 teaspoon thyme
3 tablespoons dried minced onion
1 cup of burgundy
3/4 cup sour cream
Mix together soups, spices and herbs.
Pour this over the steak and cook on low 8 to
10 hours.
About 20 minutes before it is done, mix in
sour cream. Serve over noodles.
