Crockpot Ravioli Stew
2 cups carrots, sliced
1 cup onions, chopped)
2 (14-oz.) cans chicken broth
2 (14-oz.) cans Italian-style diced tomatoes (undrained)
1 (19-oz.) can cannelloni beans, drained
2 tsp. dried basil
1 (9-oz.) pkg. refrigerated meat filled ravioli
In large crockpot, combine all ingredients except ravioli; mix well. Cover; cook
on LOW for 6 hours or until vegetables are tender.
Eight minutes before serving time, increase heat to HIGH. Add ravioli; cook an
additional 8 minutes or until ravioli is tender.
