Coney Island Hot Dog Sauce

3 pounds ground chuck
3 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
3 teaspoon chili powder
3 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon oregano
4 cups water

Brown beef and garlic together, drain. Add to crockpot. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 5 to 7 hours.
