Blueberry Pie
 
3/4 cup sugar
3 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup water
4 cups blueberries
1 Tbs. lemon juice
Baked 9" pie shell

Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan, add water and 2 cups berries. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until mixture is thick, clear and boiling. Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice; cool.

Place remaining 2 cups raw blueberries in pie shell.

Top with cooked blueberry mixture. Chill.
