Raspberry Dazzle
1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1-1/3 cups water
Filling and Topping
1 jar (12-oz) Raspberry preserves
1 container (8-oz) whipped topping
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
For cake: prepare cake mix following directions for two 8-inch or
9-inch pans on back of box.
Cool completely.
For Filling: Spread half of raspberry preserves on one layer. Add
second layer.
For Topping: Spread whipped topping on top of second layer.
Spoon small amounts of remaining preserves onto whipped topping.
Swirl with knife to make marble pattern.
Note: You may substitute any flavor preserves. |
