Apple Walnut Cake
4 cups apples peeled, chopped
2 cups sugar
2 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup walnuts chopped
In bowl stir together apples and sugar; let stand 5 minutes. Stir
together eggs, oil and vanilla. Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon
and salt. Blend in egg mixture. Fold in apples and walnuts, mixing
well. Pour batter into greased and floured 13 x 9 baking pan.
Bake at 350�F for 60 minutes or until done. |
