Cream Cheese Cupcakes
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
salt
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
CAKE:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix the cream cheese, egg, sugar, and salt, stir in the chocolate
chips. Set aside; mix the cake ingredients, pour 1/3 mixture in
paper lined cup cake tins and put about 2 Tbsp. filling on top of
each, then cover with rest of cake mixture. Bake at 350�F until set. |
