Lady Finger Cake Cover bottom with split lady fingers. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp. rum. Fold nuts into pudding. Place 1/2 of pudding mixture over the lady fingers in the pan. Cover with another layer of split lady fingers, another sprinkle of rum, then another layer of the pudding mixture. Finish with a final layer of lady fingers and rum. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, unmold and top with whipped cream and berries. Makes 8 slices. |
