One Bowl Chocolate Cake Microwave chocolate and butter together in large microwavable bowl, on high for 2 minutes, or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir sugar into chocolate mixture until well blended. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time with with electric mixer on low speed, until completely mixed. Add Vanilla. Stir in 1/2 cup of the flour with the baking soda and the salt. Beat in remaining 2 cups of flour alternately with the water until well blended and smooth. Pour into 2, 9 inch greased and floured pans. Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes and turn out onto racks. Let cool completely. |
